Dispute
It's an order in December. I had been a previous customer and canceled my VIP in 2021.
After I place my ordered I called to cancel my monthly via pay subscription the new one I was told there wasn't any subscription. I was billed $59.95 I called discover card they issued a credit and then apparently you guys just took more money out of my account I spoke to someone there this morning that told me that I needed to cancel my dispute in order to get my money back however discover says that PayPal is involved and I have to keep the dispute open??? It was under a false email of skygal 3 at gmail.com. that is an incorrect email My correct email is skygal36@***.com.
please advise... I am very frustrated I love your product however I am unable to have to worry about skipping the month at the beginning of the month as I'm going in for medical treatments and probably won't be able to communicate for at least 6 months so I don't want to have to worry about canceling every month. I hope this makes sense The person was very friendly but I'm just concerned about my account still being charged. Your products are wonderful however and if I could afford them trust me I would be buying every month but sadly enough I can't afford it and honestly may not be around that much.
I plan on wearing my leggings during my rehab to relearn how to walk and perform daily functions.

They do not care about their consumers.
I was a member, I had credits on my account and they had been on there for a while because I had fell on hard times and they charge crazy amounts for shipping which is not covered under your credits. When I got into a place where it would have been okay to spend the $60 for shipping charges my credits were gone.
I reached out to customer service and basically said I was out of luck and they didn't care. Tried social media and BBB and they still didn't care.
Just argued the fact that my contract stated my credits would expire. I told that it wasn't right given my circumstances and they still didn't care so they kept over $100 for my membership I couldn't afford to keep for a year prior.
- Leggings are decent

- Poor customer service
Preferred solution: Either a full refund or 2 pair of leggings
