I purchased their very expensive capris for my daughter's birthday. I have made several attempts to exchange them.

the first person was pleasant but said I needed to know what my daughter wanted. so I went back and the next person said she'd send a label that never came. The third person, after I waited over 20 minutes to chat. gave me 30 seconds to respond on chat and then disconnected me.

I have now been waiting over 20minutes to get another person. Each time they make it complicated because I didnt' sign up to have them charge me $30 per month to be a member. I just paid full price of $65.

This is ridiculous! Never again!
