Fabletics customer support will not help with missing packages until 30 days after supposed to be delivered. Using people for customer support who work at home with no supervisors and can't assist customers. Yet they charge people when the order is placed.

User's recommendation: don't order if want order within 6 weeks.

Very poor customer service both in the store I’m on the phone

As a former Macy store manager Ive come to except a level of professionalism when dealing with in-store service people and the three service people in this location were inept. Then reaching out on the phone to cancel my account was a horrendous experience as the service consultant had machinery going in the background that made the phone call very difficult plus she would not listen to my issue and was making it very difficult for me to cancel my account I find your company completely embarrassing

Do you have a large penis this product does not fit appropriately Canceling the account is a hassle as you are talking to someone driving a bicycle or something like a wheel barrel because you cannot hear them you can only hear the wheel going around

Wrongful Charge

Hello. I am having trouble contacting your customer service about a wrongful charge. Your phone number and email are invalid. Not being able to cancel a subscription violates § 59.1-207.46. I have sent the receipts and screenshots to my lawyer. Lets sort this out before it goes further.

This is a fraudalent company.

I have no affiliation with Fabletics just a bill problem created when I gave my daughter permission to put a work out suit on my credit card. I did not approve any type of membership.

I notified Fabletics and they refused to cancel the billing. I then notified Nordstrom they sent letters.

I have received notification that you refused to remove the billing. I have now notified the FBI for internet fraud division.

My daughter bought on my credit card one outfit and was automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. I requested immediately for the billing to stop. they refused I requested my credit card people to contact on a fraud investigation I have now reported to the FBI

You advertise deals on line and when you go in the store you can't use your credits and take advantage of the sales. Money is paid each month, why can't you use these credits and cant take advantage

Total BS. You show sales in the stores but you can't use your credits and get the sale being offered. Total BS! I will be canceling my membership!

A charge in bill

I got charged with a bill even tho I returned the product. I bought 2 pairs of shorts online, and then returned them to a store. It was like 50 bucks or something around there, and then I got charged even tho i returned them.

Canceled last 12 months and just get charged every month. Email led you about this many times.

You keep charging my account! I have emailed multiple times to cancel my subscription! I have 23 credits that I dont want to use!! I dont want your subscription! I want my money back! No more subscription!!!!!

Im supposed to receive my order No. 113050**** I did the order las 01/10 the tracking info is ILSCY72000MW40I. When I look up it appears that I need to contact in order to update my address Im confused because you have all my information I just need my order and no more delays

You guys didnt use my credit

I am still a "pissed" Costumer sense I still never got my refund. I was told 5 to 7 business days, and it has already been almost 3 weeks. Ridiculous. I've been with the company for a while now, and nothing like this has ever happened before. Furthermore, I don't know what the deal is.

Forgot to skip month

Not able to log into account . Tried to change password several times . Then when I found out I had credit to spend I added a bottom and a $64 charge popped up . Im going to try to go to a store and then opt out . This is not a user friendly website . Im now inconvenienced to have to go to a store as the website was full of velour and sleep ware that I have no use for . Yes I am not happy Respectfully Patricia
