Delivery service and customer service

Delivery tracking information is incorrect and customer service is not helpful as they either tell you to just wait to receive the item or provide an only one time courtesy replacement. Their customer service chat window is faulty as you have to constantly refresh the screen and log your info back in. Call instead or ask to speak to their supervisor.

User's recommendation: Go to Lululemon where you pay for better quality and customer service.

A $59.95 not approved by me was charged to my bank account on March 12th. They say it’s a membership charge???

I want this refunded immediately. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if you cant resolve this matter ASAP!

Did not cancel service

Ive tried to contact ur company via phone & keep being told wrong #. I did NOT want my membership canceled, only skip the March payment. Please reinstate along with my February credit. You truly have one of the worst web sites for interaction. So far, a member 3 months & every time a problem. Advise rosemaryswalker11@***.com

I iopened an account in Orlando store but I cant seem to find it. I need to access it so I can see if Im being charged the monthly fee and so I can use my benefits.

Billing issue

Unknowingly being charged 59.95 a month for two consecutive months. Not pleased at all. Would not have discovered, had I not checked my account. Fabletics should be more forthcoming and inform you of the monthly charge before your order is placed.

My account keeps getting charged

I ordered a few things about four months ago and my account has gotten charged 4 times for 60 dollars. I have only ordered one time and I am losing money because of this. I dont know why this keeps happening and how to get ahold of someone and I want my money back.

Unauthorized debits

Automatically started debiting my account for 59.95 a month after one purchase. Rip off!!! CS stated it was for vip membership I didn't ask for. Ridiculous! Be careful when you order!! I haven't re eived my refund yet.
