For the second time this year I called Fabletics to complain about not receiving the email reminder to skip a month and/or purchase an item.Told them to cancel my membership AND refund me the credit and member credits.

Had to explain to the CSR that the "credits" were really MY money. She kept trying to get me to "use" the credits Mariel FINALLY said they would credit my account for all (almost $350!!) and cancel my membership. Took several times of saying the operation was a scam and they were stealing peoples money. Will see if the credit happens.

I also asked and she confirmed the call was being recorded and I told her the scam/complaints were all over the web.Apparently there were 1400 complains to the BBB just in January!!

I liked: Quality of clothes.

I didn't like: That they outsource their customer service to another country, Way this company does business - fraud alert, Automatic monthly charge.
