Fabletics - Website sucks
This is NOT the first time I have trouble with their website, I've been a VIP member for years now and I only stay because I do like their clothing.
But their website sucks!
This time I put my order in the cart and when is time to pay it takes me directly to the store again, this happens over an over again, so I am never able to finish my purchase... Which means tomorrow I will be charged another $49 for not buying.
Two months ago I couldn't skip the month online so I called, the woman on the line told me that the month had been skipped successfully, only to get charged those $49 a week later.
Another time I had about $100 credit that I wanted to use to buy jackets that were on sale, and the site wouldn't let me use the credit to buy "items on sale" I had to use it only for regular priced items.
On and on and on and on... They really need to change their tech people to make this experience a little less hectic.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I got charged the $49.95 the first month that I signed up. Was especially mad because I bought quite a few items the first couple months and then couldnโt use the credit because itโs not worth with because there is always a sale going on.
Why am I going to use the credit and pay more? I called and complained about how hard the website is to use and was issued a refund today.
